Sore legs/ dodgy blisters/ full of a cold but still enjoyed Grindleford.
Was that Steve the postie from the Thursday night group who did 35.16 at Trafford?
That must of been the worst start of any race I've ever ran ( I just can't run fast).
Lost loads of time getting stuck at all the styles, once the field opened up I started to pick off loads of other runners.
I eventually caught up with JL and GBM the other side of Eyam and ran the majority of the race with the pair of them, like TB so kindly pointed out both my heels were burning right from the off.
It's a fantastic race and will be back again next year
Big well done to NI on your win and to all the other Harriers today
GBM. Took your advice and haven't run since Wednesday, going out with the dogs later with my trainers on to see how it is.
I will be fine
Being a bit soft seeing as I ran the GNR and Wilmslow with a stress fracture.
No track for me tonight can barely walk.
looks like a full pack of compeed for Saturday!!
No track for me tonight, did 2 good speed sessions yesterday and my hamstring is a little tight plus both my blisters are playing up.
