You could try www.milligan-and-hill.co.uk They're based at Bishopsgate.
I went there today and they did a video'd analysis of my walking and running style and recommended orthotics. I was really impressed with the amount of explanation they gave me about what my body was doing and how it could be 'helped'.
hey there jonny c I had a similar problem earlier this year. You should definitely take the 3Doc's advice. If this doesn't fix it, then pay a visit to your GP, or try changing other factors: are you getting a good diet? overtraining? getting enough sleep? stressed?
I never really found the cause of my ongoing 'cold/cough', but I did improve my diet/sleep/exercise patterns and take antihistamine stuff too... and now i'm almost normal ;-)
I've managed to overcome this one by making an agreement with myself that I'll go out and if after 10 minutes i can't stand it then i can go home again... funnily enough once i've started i'm happy enough to carry on.
If anyone told me they had done this I would be: (a) outraged at them for cheating and undermining the achievements of people who ran honestly (b) full of pity for someone so insecure about themselves that they use these sorts of lies to try and look good Its pointless, pathetic behaviour, that should be stamped out.
