Try the running sisters network, on the net.
I cant remember the address but a good search engine should bring it up. They have postings for groups and individuals wanting a partner

Have just found running sisters web site and it seems to have a lot of members in the south so maybe you could give that a try.

Just put Running sisters network in your search engine and it should come up.

I live in the Teesside area, as to my pace .....I dont really know, somewhere around an 11 minute mile. It depends who i am running with because if i'm on my own i slow down. I know that i run faster with others because when i can make it to the running club i run farther and faster than i do on my own.
