Quick question - would it be a bad idea to go for a sports massage this week? I don't have any niggles or anything but I feel as though I'd benefit from a bit of loosening up.
Could it be detrimental to have one so close to the big day?
Any advice would be much appreciated - I wouldn't want to do anything silly in the final few days and mess up 6 months of training
