Just got mine today, and am wondering if there are any tips people have worked out through trial and error that might make my use a little easier? (Tips)
I am in the need of a Motion control shoe, and currently training in the Asics Koji, should I also wear this in my next marathon since the training seems to go great with them?
My ankle after a few runs I have noticed it clicks a bit when I roll it in while stretching. No pain at all is associated with it, but slightly worried. Any comments may be of help.
