Strengths: SIS are ideal for long runs as they need no water. They take up about the same space as other gels such as high 5 but being hypertonic makes them so much more convenient.
Weaknesses: If you really are tired the twist of "top" can be hard to take off! If you get it on your hands then you really do need the water to wash it off as it just doens't seem to wipe off!
Strengths: The 305 is brilliant. You can configure the displays to show exactly what you want and with the 3 different displays you can have a wealth of information at the click of a button. WOrried about getting lost? The 305 will even get you home! The HR strap is the most comfortable one i have used and the whole unit is really light and less noticable than my old timex watch. If you want a gadget to do everything then this is for you! Prices coming down now too. I got mine online and got the price matched to save even more!
Weaknesses: More features than you could possibly use! Also the software which comes with the 305 isn't fantastic but try Sports Track for free and of course fetcheveryone.com
Overall: Great motivational tool that gives you everything you want to know about your run and training.
Strengths: Numbers!! I've been using a 201 for a while now and when I run without it I'm lost! I love being able to glance down and know how far I've been, my pace and time. Just enough stats to keep your brain functioning whilst you work out what time you will be home.
Weaknesses: Bit big for a female wrist - I wear a sweat band underneath to get a better and more comfy fit.
Overall: Brilliant gadget for the number crunching running addict. The auto laps give you all the stats you need and the clear screen is just big enough to allow you too see instantly how you are doing.
Strengths: lovely to see a nice fitting and useful piece of kit that is affordable and nice to look at!
Weaknesses: sizes are a little small so can get hot if you get the worng size!
Overall: Nice fit, nice colours and good quality. Dires quickly meaning you can take it out of the machine and air dry in about 30mins! Washes brilliantly too.
Strengths: This bra will not let you move an inch! Nothing will bounce and you will feel totally supported. This support may feel tight at 1st but once going you won't feel it. I've worn mine all day at FLM and could breath still! Also looks good if you have the body and confidence to wear no tee/top over it. I have, as yet, failed to lose any support in mine and wear one 3 times a week.
Weaknesses: You must "re-arrange" your bust once the enell is done up. This ensures no creases and the possibility of rubs. The bottom hook can rub at times if not covered properly by the protective flap. As a plus you can also wear a HRM without the strap as the enell is tight but if you are "chubby" then you may get chaffed by wearing the HRM! Chaffing can be prevented by using vaseline or similar. You will need to work out the best method to put it on and do it up too! I start with one hook at the top then the bottom then "fill in" the rest!
Overall: Excellent bra for the fuller lady and once tried it's unlikely you will turn back. Looks costly but worth the money.
Strengths: The watch is nice and clear and you can change the display. I like to have the time of day with distance only showing so I don't worry over speed!
Weaknesses: The arm piece is a little large, and the wrist strap is for men not women!
Overall: Good package, does what you need and you can use the HRM without the GPS so easy for the gym too.
