'DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN.'
Strengths:
Good information on how to start HR training. 15 minutes reading and you could be out the door doing a HR session.
Weaknesses:
His chatty style may be off putting for some people. His schedules are only for 10k.
Overall:
A sound book that introduces you to HR training giving clear guidance on what to do along with some of the science behind it.
