'GREAT FOR MOTIVATION.'
Strengths:
No need to stick to courses you have measured in the car or by other means. Just run where you want, adding on or cutting out when you feel like it, and still know exactly how far you have been.

Set the auto-pause and there's no need to keep pressing stop/start, which I inevitably forgot and did not realise until the end of a run, leaving me wandering how I had done.
Use of the virtual partner has definately improved my speed. Having pushed myself to run a 6 mile "off-roader" in 45 minutes for many years, it turned out to only be 5.7 miles. I have now increased this to 6 and set the VP at 45 minutes and after many attempts I now often beat it.( I guess it'stime to reduce the time?)

Rechargable batteries, with the amount of hours available displayed.

Download onto the computer to keep for prosperity.
Weaknesses:
After 18 months of wearing it, I still find it a bit bulky.

Audio warning signal is quiet and a vibration would be beneficial.
Overall:
Brilliant. For anyone who does most of their running on their own, it's an invaluable piece of kit.
