Strengths: A very detailed index- which enables you to dip in and out when you want to read something in particular, where it may be nutrition, speed traning or injury. Definitely a reference book and not a 'reading book', if you knowwhat I mean!
Weaknesses: Don't make the mistake and try and read it cover to cover. It can be quite tedious,
Overall: As a reference book and as a product for the future definitely value for money. As your running neeeds change over the year, the book wil have a longer life span than your average magazine or novel.
