'DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN'
Strengths:
Accurate distance readings
Weaknesses:
short battery life, can take time to find a decent signal in central london. Quite chunky to wear for longer distance runs.
Overall:
I have had no major hassles with this watch and it has helped me immensely, I ran FLM last year with just a HR watch and since buying this I would say my training for FLM 06 has improved ten fold. I can now successfully monitor my pace on my differing training runs and keep tabs on distances covered and in what times. So I can keep accurate records of tempo, easy and long distance runs. The added extra bonus is that with all the other more fancier garmins and other say nav watches now out on the market I was able to pick this one up for less than £80 brand new, and you can't complain about that can you?
