'IF CARLSBURG DID A BOOK ON RUNNING THIS WOULD BE IT'
Strengths: Very east to read, the schedules are perfect for all standards up to Advanced and beyond, With schedules from a Mile to Marathon and Beyond -
Weaknesses: It might not be technical enough for some more technical runners, and doesn't include chapters on how to run with and Ipod and how to select the music to run to, how to run with a garmin and all the other Paraphernalia so beloved by Todays Running fraternity but if you want a no nonsense book with practical advice this is it
Overall: Took me from being a run of the mill runner to a run of the mill runner who could run 2:41 for the marathon, 75 for the half and 57 for 10 et etc - with virtually no talent - the only book you will ever need.
