Strengths: You are able to tell how far and fast you have been running. It is easy to use. The virtual training partner is excellent!
Weaknesses: Big and bulky for women with little wrists.
Overall: I have had my Garmin now for nearly a year and it has really helped me, being a beginner to running. It is a great tool when running in races as I do not start off too fast. Also to know accurately how far I have run is very helpful when you are a begineer.
