Strengths: Not a bad drink. I tend to ignore the instructions and make mine in a liquidiser with some skimmed milk. The milk adds to the taste and chills the drink...perfect! I really do feel the benefit in my legs afterwards. It also helps delay the after run munchies.
Weaknesses: Is it me, or am I the only one that cannot seem to get this out of the tub without throwing it everywhere.
Overall: I love this stuff - the vanilla one is great with a handful of berries in it and the choccy one is good too!
