'OMG!! - STICK TO THE HORLICKS!!'
Strengths:
Couldn't keep it down long enough to find any.
Weaknesses:
This is really, really nasty - I love SIS products but this is vile.
Overall:
Yuck!

'NICE DRINK - BETTER IF CHILLED'
Strengths:
Not a bad drink. I tend to ignore the instructions and make mine in a liquidiser with some skimmed milk. The milk adds to the taste and chills the drink...perfect! I really do feel the benefit in my legs afterwards. It also helps delay the after run munchies.
Weaknesses:
Is it me, or am I the only one that cannot seem to get this out of the tub without throwing it everywhere.
Overall:
I love this stuff - the vanilla one is great with a handful of berries in it and the choccy one is good too!

'GOOD GEL - EASY TO DIGEST'
Strengths:
Thin gel - not unpleasant to eat/drink and doesn't need a fluid to 'wash it down'.
Weaknesses:
Even if you have used a gel before, the texture of this one could surpise you - give one a try before you use it in real life.
Overall:
I love these - I tend to take one about 15minutes before I know I'm going to need a 'boost'. I find one of these really useful on a long run.

'BOUNCE, BOUNCE, BOUNCE, BOUNCE....'
Strengths:
Well vented and amazing cushioning. The softest shoe I've ever had.
Weaknesses:
A little narrow for my size 10 feet but nothing to worry about.
Overall:
A great show for those of us that prefer a little bit of 'cushion for the pushing!!'
