Overall: This book is good for those who want to run a marathon. Its comprehensive and contains useful information and tips. The exercises are pretty useful too. As the book is part of the dummies collection, expect to read american. Its a big book which might be too much for a beginner. This is very much like a bible so if you want to learn about the marathon, read it at bedtime or when you have some time available.
Overall: To start with, its a good shoe. Saucony have been good for motion control shoes. The stabil 5 is by far perfect for a overpronating runner. It provides good support and cushioning and does well on your 1st run. Wearing in is pretty good too. It does take longer for the rubber on the back of the shoes to wear out but they do eventually. Have to say its not the perfect MC shoe but its suitable for anyone who needs a shoe that will support if you overpronate badly.
Overall: I use this for my London marathon build up and also for London itself too. The pouch contains more than the others so would rather less to take. However, when using one, if you take it whole with water (please take it with water) you might feel abit queazy. But it does help you for those final miles. The taste, if you try strawberry will taste like strawberry sweet syrup. But from my experience and trying other gels, this one is good but sweet.
Overall: This is handy if you want to make it with a different drink. Quite simple to use and the taste is not bad. Would rather us the already made stuff rather then make it yourself. But good if you want to make a cocktail anyway.
Overall: I stuck with the Triumph since the 4th version. Saucony have stuck with most of it and it`s still good to run with excellent cushioning. I wish they stuck to the gold colour they had for no.4 and hope no.7 they bring it back. These shoes have alot of mileage in them and didn`t wear out as quickly as others. On the road, they are a delight to wear. I used these on a treddie, but would rather wear a lighter shoe. This shoe never fails for me and will use these for my next marathon.
Overall: This book is not like other training books. A mixture of advice, tips and Richard`s experience when he was a top runner. You will learn from this book and is pretty useful. The schedules are clear and easy to follow. Maybe a little above for beginners. But novices and experienced could take something out of this book. Well worth a read.
Overall: I bought these after being recommended as do get blisters from time to time. After using them a few times, do not get any blisters which is a result. They are confortable too and I am impressed by these. Wish they did it in different colours and the price is not bad. But what you see is what you get and what I got, I`m happy.
Overall: Now this is better than some others. More in weight than Lucozade gel. Better to use with water and on the move. Use this for London and have to say did give me a kick towards the end. Will use these again as I seem to have quite a few of these gels left.
