'Go for the Waverider 15 instead.'
Overall:
This shoe has given me countless problems with every leg/foot injury imaginable. I'm a regular Waverider runner having bought the latest incarnation every year for the last 7 years. Only this time did I have problems, and recently heard that Mizuno have admitted goofing on this shoe. Now running in the Waverider 15 which is much more like the 13 was.

'I swear by the Waverider'
Strengths:
Perfect shoe for me (6'2" 13 stone marathon runner). Had problems with knees 5 years ago. Switched to the Waverider - and hey presto, end of problem. Been buying annually ever since.
Weaknesses:
None - it's comfortable, reliable and well priced.
Overall:
Would never consider any other shoe.
