Strengths: Excellent stability control for the moderate pronator. They really feel as though they are holding your foot from collapsing in so therefore not damaging the ankles and knees. The transition from heel to toe is very smooth and has made me think more about my running style and try to rectify what I was doing wrong.
Weaknesses: Only downside I have found is that they don't feel to have as much grip as the NB's on sharp corners in damp/wet conditions.
Overall: After being re-analysed and told was over pronating I so needed some stability I decided to spend that bit more that usual. What a revelation these shoes are. I have previously run inNB's and Nike. They don't touch the Kayano's for comfort and responsiveness.
