It really does illustrate how you can use running to change your life, as silly as that may sound. He explains his motivation, his discipine, and how he can still maintain a regular job, family and life, even with thease extraordinary feats of endurance. There is also a massive section at the back of the book which gives you loads of practical hints and tips to help your running. You will view your running in a new light, and i guarentee you will be running ultras next year! |
