Overall: I'm only a beginner and this my first pair of decent running shoes. However, having had a gait analysis and trying 4 pairs of trainers - the others much more expensive - these were by far the most comfortable. The price is great too! The instep is a great shape for me personally and seems to keep my slight over-pronation in check. I really love this shoe!
