Strengths: Keeps everything firmly in place, no bouncing.
Weaknesses: It is quite a thick/heavy bra in the summer, but worth it. Can be worn on its own as a top, although I don't (too old!).
Overall: Best sorts bra I have tried, so good I bought another. I love it because it also gives support and shape, rather than just squashing everything to hold it in place!
