'NOT SURE'
Strengths:
They look nice and well made.
Weaknesses:
The sole started to come away from the midsole after 11.5 miles. Toe box is a bit of an odd shape for my toes. I bought a second pair while trying to sort out a return and although they are supposed to be exactly the same size and width they feel completely different and are too small, so now I have two pairs to return.
Overall:
I was very pleased with them when they arrived and got them for a superb price, but now I am thinking of buying a different brand with predicatable sizing....or was I just unlucky? Poor value because the first pair are falling apart after just a few days and the second are a completely different size.

'GREAT, ESPECIALLY FOR £25'
Strengths:
Comfort, support, looks.

[Update 09/07/07] Comfort

Weaknesses:
None

[Update 09/07/07] Don't hold their shape - not very deep heel.

Overall:
Got mine for £25 online. Last pair. I want to get some more but cant find anywhere else that sells them for this price.

Pearl Izumi are now my favourite brand (used to be Asics).

[Update 09/07/07] I used to love them and now hate them- they have gone completely out of shape and feel like my feet will fall out of them. I have only run in them a couple of times and tend to wear them casually so I don't think they would last very long if they were worn for just running. Still good value and great comfort for £25 but I can't find them for that price anymore - back to Asics.

'SO VERY VERY COMFY'
Strengths:
Comfort, fit, stability
Weaknesses:
A bit to warm?
Overall:
I havent run for years because I get terrible shin splints. I am a heavy runner(?) with knee problems and these were recommended to me by a shop assistant at Bourne Sports. I didn't want to spend this much but after wearing them I NEEDED them. Much more comfortable than anything else I have ever worn. I ran in them for the first time and my shin splints were gone. I now wear them casually and they have helped with the knee pain I was experiencing. The only downside is they make my feet sweat a bit more than I would like, and it irritates the eczema I have on my feet.

On my second pair now and keep the old ones for gardening etc...
