Strengths: good range of info can be displayed and the download is easy and nice touch with being able to use google earth.
Weaknesses: you'll need to read the manual to get the most out of the unit.
Overall: So far so good for the forerunner 405 and HRM. Found it easy to use once i'd read the manual and had a bit of a think about what i wanted the unit to display. lots of nice features and the bezel works well.
