Does pretty much all you need for a first HRM | | Weaknesses: Stopwatch is only basic, doesn't store lap times. Also no backlight, so no good at night!! | | Overall: A good value HRM, no fancy GPS or anything. Set it up for maxHR and it sets you 3 target zones, fitness, performance etc, although you can manually change these if you wish. The display is clear enough to read while running (except when it's dark!!). Menus can be a little complicated, but there is a link to the web were they have a very good walkthrough feature to familiarise you with all the functions. It will store the data from upto 7 recent runs (HRmax, HRave, time in each performance zone and recovery HRs for 5mins) although you aren't able to download this to a pc. |
