Adidas Supernova Sequence 3

'Pronation control + cushioning = stability heaven'
Strengths:
Good Cushioning and control , very stable and comfortable.
Great feel and not too bulky for such a supportive shoe.
MI COACH Compatable
Weaknesses:
Extremely small fitting (length and width)
Extremely short tongue
Overall:
Overall a great shoe, Has really helped get me back on track after months physio because of feet and leg pain. Although i usually wear 9.5 in running shoes, i have to wear a 10 in this model, they are very narrow to, so make sure you try before you buy.
That aside though they are a great shoe and i would highly recommend to anyone.

'Undecided'
Strengths:
Lightweight, good support
Weaknesses:
Causing ankle / knee pain but this could be due to me not being used to them yet.
Overall:
I would get a gait analysis done to ensure you are getting the right shoe for the right gait. The shoe looks good and sounds good but at present its causing me some discomfort, like i say it could take a few sessions to get used to the supportiveness of them. I will be keeping an open mind!!!

None to mention apart from having to wear it in gently due to me not being used to such a supportive shoe
