Strengths: Great for unmade road due to the grip they give you.
Weaknesses: £100 but worth it.
Overall: Purchased in January to help me through my FLM 2009 training and have been great to date, although my toes are beginning to ache and one nail has gone black, but I put this down to the mileage being covered.
