Strengths: packed full of the carb, protein and vitamins you need
Overall: I tried my first one this evening after a run and I didn't like the taste one bit. Taste is a personal thing, but I found the taste metalic and way too sweet. You might like it though,so I would say try it.
Weaknesses: I still can't master the art of using them while running, butn that's my weakness! Otherwise, they are spot on.
Overall: I've tried many different makes and flavours and found these are easiest to swallow due to the more liquidier (is that a real word?) consistency than most others. They tear open easier than others as well. Most importantly, they give you a good boost
