'A SUPERB PIECE OF KIT!'
Strengths:
Easy to use, quick to get a 'lock on' and lots of features. More than enough detail for any runner!
Weaknesses:
Size? ... maybe but any somaller would make it hard to read and I wear mine as a watch normally now.
Overall:
Great piece of kit and yes it does motivate me to run but you don'y NEED this to run. Trainers, t-shirts, shorts ...yes. A gadget watch, maybe not as vital!

'CRACKING PIECE OF KIT AND A REAL MOTIVATOR!'
Strengths:
Fairly cheap, Easy to use, small a v lightweight, superb website and online community, easy to monitor progres and set person goals.
Weaknesses:
Whilst you need t download the driver for the 'usb stick' you do nto download the full softwear so you always need to connect to the net to see your progress. Also there is some room for improvement with future models maybe having heart rate monitor and a light so you can read it at night / low light.
Overall:
This has honestly exceeded my expectations. It is a real motivator and thanks to this I am now pushing out 14 mile runs as my long Sunday run so I cannot really complain! I do have a gut feeling there will be aversion two in time but at £40 I was happy to buy this now. My one top tip - join the Nike + forum first, see if you like the feel for the web site as that gives a very good indication of how the sport band works.

'WOW! THIS IS ROCKET FUEL. '
Strengths:
Easy to carry, easy to open and the texture of it means you do not need water to get it down. Certainly gave me a boost and with it I am running furthure and faster than I have before.
Weaknesses:
Taste is not great - it hits the mark for what is needed but there is no way I would have one of these on a whim as a snack.
Overall:
Once you get over the taste and texture this stuff is superb! 100% sure it works for me and I am really able to see a difference.

'HITS THE MARK AND STOPS ME SNACKING.'
Strengths:
Easy to mix and generally tastes ok. Contains all the right stuff needed after a decent run. Made in the UK!
Weaknesses:
Vanilla flavour is a bit sickly sweet. Slight powdery texture
Overall:
Ticks all the right boxes, easy to mix and tastes ok. Slightly powdery when mixed and I cannot help but feel I am drinking a chemical mixture.
