Strengths: Very tasty (apple & blackcurrant) and I'll try my next run just before my next long run.
Weaknesses: Not something you can have on the run itself! I should have thought of this before hand, but how you are meant to eat this in a civilised way is the least of your worries. Unwrapping the bugger isn't easy, so much so I ended up dropping the last third, probably for the good as I was gasping for air trying to get through it.
Overall: Pre or Post run I'll give it another shot due to the macro-nutrient profile being decent. However I won't be taking one on a run again. Probably won't buy another as for the price there are other more flexible choices.
