'BEST SOCKS EVER'

Strengths:
great fit, no blisters on long hauls.

Weaknesses:
Expensive

Overall:
I have five pairs. Haven't been running in any thing else since I bought the first pair - says it all, doesn't it? :o)

Science in Sport Go Gel

'EASY TO GET DOWN'

Strengths:
Easy to digest, no sugary feeling in the mouth. Neutral flavour.

Overall:
I have used them a lot when training for Berlin Marathon - worked well for me. Would be my preferred Gel for the next Marathon!
