Strengths: Soft ride. Even after a 30 mile run, my feet felt fine. No pain, no tiredness. My knees felt ok too. I found that off road it was equally supportive providing we were just dealing with "normal" farm tracks. I have not used them off road in wet conditions. In the wet on tarmac they were what you would expect from a Saucony shoe.
Weaknesses: Sometimes the heel tab has dug into my achilles.
This may sound silly but they were almost too white! I was ribbed as being a "gym bunny" for weeks!!
Overall: I have to say "great value for money" because I did not pay for them! I won them in the April competition! I normally buy shoes in the £50-60 bracket. Wearing these, I knew I was in another world. I could feel the difference in price. Whether I would pay £70+ for them, I don't know. I am usually happy with my price range of shoe and will return there once these have "died"....unless I win again next time!
