Strengths: Comfort was great. I've only worn these for 1 run but it was 19 miles and I had no issues at all with the shoes. Without wanting to sound like Goldilocks, I've found that the Brookes Defyance I had were too hard, the Nike Vomero's were too soft but the Mizuno's are just right. They felt pretty quick as well as they are lighter than the other shoes I've had. So far I'm very pleased.
Weaknesses: They have blue bits on them.
Overall: When I first tried them on I could feel the higher arch and wasn't quite sure if they were right but one long run later and they are already the best runnig shoes I've owned. Price was good too - £55 from Sherunsheruns (Sweatshop)
