Strengths: Very palatable and easy to consume without water - very mild flavour not sweet at all or cloying! Definite pick up and boost in performance about 5 minutes after taking.
Weaknesses: None really - could make the end a little bit narrower as the pack is uite wide fitting when placing in mouth and the sharp edges are annoying - but only a petty complaint! The primadonna in me!!
Overall: Very good product - worlds apart from gels such as the Lucozade gels!
