Overall: First shoe and when trying these on much prefered them to Nikes, Asics and Brooks - they just felt good. Still going well and will be going for Mizuno again as they seemt to suit me. Good shoes - seem solidly built and great to run in. They won't suit all but i've found them a great shoe to introduce me to running and i tried on loads of different shoes before making my choice. I also got them in a sale so they were excellent value!
