Strengths: Very supportive as you would expect from a good sports bra; the straps are confortable and it isn't too tight. Prevents a lot of movement, probably the best bra I have.
Weaknesses: Difficult to get off especially when sweaty, I often have a bit of a struggle to get it off, but that could just be me!
