Strengths: was suffering with knee problems using off the shelf trainers. Since going to advance performance and having a video of my running style they gave me a choice of 3 shoes. I choose these as they seemed to fit better. I have had no problems since and hav been running 10 milers so I would say a good deal was made. cost me £85.
