good cushioning, yet not sloppy like some cushioned shoes (Pegasus for eg). I've run 400+ on my current pair including Snowdonia Marathon and they are only just showing signs of wear.

I have run several 20's, HM's and 10k's in these with no complaints whatsoever. First run I did in these was a HM and they performed well with no rubbing or blisters. |
