I love the asymetric lacing which was introduced on the Gel Kayano 16.
I think the heel of the shoe fits well and as a heavier runner circa 14 stone I love the cushioning of the Kayanos. | | Weaknesses:
Why have they changed the fit of the shoes? The Kayano 16s were perfect for me. These are just too narrow in the forefoot. | | Overall:
Why did they mess around with the fit of the shoe? I've had to switch to the GT-2160 and they are just not as well cushioned and they don't have assymetric lacing. |
