Strengths: Feel very stable but light. I like the way they look - especially teh pink version! I very rarely get injured when I run in these. Previously, I was getting injured every few months when I used other makes.
Weaknesses: I have to make sure I replace them every few months - the material behind the heel wears down quite quickly.
Overall: Feel very stable without feeling restrictive or heavy like so many other stability shoes. Good price as well which helps!
