Strengths: easy to use, completely independent as you don't need a computer and replacement batteries can always be carried as spares if you're on holiday.
Weaknesses: maybe a bit large, but that hasn't bothered me yet and i have small wrists
Overall: great value for money, it allows so much more freedom when out on the roads as i can go where i want without trying to calculate the mileage later.i'm also quite bad at pacing so this has given me a good insight into the pace i naturally run on the flat, downhill and uphill. wish i'd bought one sooner
