Once you get used to the lack of heel they are very easy to run in. | | Weaknesses: It takes a few short runs to become confident with them, especially the lack of support at the heel. However, this becomes a plus when you get used to them. | | Overall: I've finished a 15 mile training run in these and felt better than after shorter runs with more traditional shoes (Ghost and Wave). I'm seriously considering using them for Brighton in April they are so light and comfortable. |
