'Easy to use. Yum on the run.'
Strengths:
Pleasant taste (raspberry is the strongest flavour and tastes quite "jammy").
Easy to carry.
Easy to open.
Liquid enough to slide down easy.
No stomach side effects.
Weaknesses:
None that I have found.
Overall:
Definately gives me a bit of help on the last half of a 19 mile run. Not sure if it speeds me up or if its just psychosematic but the pleasant flavour makes me feel like i've actually taken in food on a run.

'Supportive neutral shoe. As with most adidas you will need half a size/a size bigger.'
Strengths:
Split heel allows the heel to move without wrenching the whole ankle over.
Supportive.
Weaknesses:
On the heavy side.
Overall:
Enjoying running in the shoe. Keeps my running form stable over longer distances.

'I'm a neutral runner. Enjoy running longer distances in these.'
Strengths:
Split heel allows for mild pronation.
Sturdy heel support helps when you are running longer distances and your gait starts to get lazy and all over the place.
No support around the sides of the feet so if you are a little wide at the arch they don't rub.
Continental rubber sole gives a bit of extra grip.
Weaknesses:
Not the lightest shoe you could buy (but this isn't really an issue when you want something to protect your feet on longer runs).
Sizes come up smaller so go half to one size bigger.
Overall:
Enjoying the shoe. Not really suffered any problems from using these both on 100% road and with verges etc thrown in they hold up well.
