Strengths: It's a quick read and better than most stuff you can buy at the airport.
Weaknesses: Mediocre writing style, unpleasant self-promotion that makes it hard to stand after a few chapters. Read Born to Run instead and realise what an also-ran this guy is. There are 'real' heroes out there. Let's not bolster this guy's bank balance any more than we already have!!!!!
Overall: Seriously, there are some great 'running' books out there, by some amazing men and women that have humility as well as inspirational abilities and drive. This guy is a headache, pure and simple.
