Strengths: Easy to swallow and digest.
Weaknesses: Tropical flavour is awful.
Overall: When cycling distances over 40 miles two gels and plenty of water works for me. I am type two diabetic and can suffer from hypos if I don't take on enough carbs. Definately better than eating a banana every 30 mins.
