A secure sensation when planting the foot, support in the right areas has helped reduce my tendency to right lower leg/ankle strain and the profile has moved me forwards to a mid-foot landing which has improved my technique. I run c25miles a week on road and parks and very happy with these shoes to do the job. | | Weaknesses:
Haven't had them long enough to gauge their durability. Bit pricey but keep an eye out for good deals, found a pair for £64 on Ebay. | | Overall:
