Shock Absorber RUN bra

'less bounce for your buck!'
Strengths:
Brilliant support, quite a good level of "compression" and infinitely less bounce than my old M&S one! Tried it out today for the 1st test run - only a little 2.5 miler but I didn't have to hold the girls in place!

So comfortable to wear, no rubbing, no chaffing, brilliantly padded straps and lovely wide straps too.
Weaknesses:
A little bit fiddly to get the main hook/eye fastening done up due to the level of compression but once you master that bit, no cons at all!
Overall:
Brilliant. We'll see how it goes as I get to use it on longer runs but fingers crossed that it stays as brilliant as it is now!

'windproof, breathable, lightweight'
Strengths:
Got mine in TK Maxx for under £30 in bright blue
Perfect - most of my tshirts are short sleeved and I was fed up of having blue arms!
Keeps the wind out, warms up brilliantly too and the mesh bits under the arms keep the air flow going.
Got too hot, whipped it off, tied round the waist and barely knew I was wearing it. Good deep pockets too, store my Buff, gloves, work pass and other stuff in there no problem. It also folds down to nearly zilch in my kit bag.
Weaknesses:
I got a large and that fits - just! I'm a size 16 with a large (ish) boob region but it does still zip up. Definitely an incentive to lose more weight though. Possibly due to it being a Japanese make, Japanese women tend to be smaller framed?
Overall:
I'd been looking for this kind of shell for ages and finally found it. It is an essential piece of kit - even on seemingly sunny days I take it out - I hate being cold when I'm out.

Brilliant price - but then I did get it at TK Maxx :-) - wouldn't pay top whack for it though.
