I am fully aware that I could expect the cushioning to last between 300 and 500 miles but for a 100 pound pair of shoes I was still disappointed. Returned to my Nike Air Pegasus plus 28 which have 500 miles already on them and the knee pain has gone despite no change in weekly mileage.
I guess I shouldn't have expected them to offer as much cushioning but having gone to a running shop ready for my first marathon as suggested I thought I'd have more miles from them. | | Overall: As a 75kg runner I'm trying the Saucony Triumph 8s next. The Wave Rider 15 were ok but I guess I need more cushioning and greater life span. |

not for me at all.' | | Strengths: Mixes well, not much else. | | Weaknesses: Personally I found it tasted terrible and would not go for it again, this one was a sample chocolate flavour and I'm genuinely tempted to not bother with the strawberry sample. Packaging over vacuumed too, making it tough to open without spills. | | Overall: First try will be the one and only. |
