Lightweight, yet they feel cushioned enough to take the pounding on tarmac. I just ran a half in them and feel confident enough to run a mara in them in a few weeks. | | Weaknesses:

My first minimal shoes, changing from a very supportive stability Adidas due as I used to pronated badly. I still pronate a bit, but this shoe control it when I had the gait analysis.
I've recently changed my gait to a mid/fore foot strike and these really help me achieve that.
No blisters either, unlike my old shoes. |
