'A "KNOCKOUT" PRODUCT'
Strengths:
Well, it knocked me out anyway. I slept very soundly when I used this, after long runs in marathon training.
I also liked the taste.
Weaknesses:
I used the sachets, and found it difficult to get the powder out of them without it going everywhere.
Overall:
If you want slowly-absorbed protein for overnight then I suppose you could just have a chicken (or tuna) sandwich at bedtime.
But this product also gives you zinc and magnesium supplementation in measured amounts (and your "typical" multivitamin won't have anything like this magnesium)

'I LOVE 'EM'
Overall:
I have wide feet, and am pretty heavy and need stability and cushioning -- these are just the job for me. Like Air Structure Triaxes but a bit more stable in my opinion.
