Strengths: Cut outs in the sole appear to make this trainer lighter and definitely faster than my previous pair of Nike structure Triax. Seem more stable and cushioned. Good fit.

Overall: Recommend as alternative to Nike Structure Triax and would defintely buy again.Tried a number of other brands in same class which were no where near as comfy,light or cushioned!
