Overall: Having had several pairs of 764s and 765s (last pair of 765's still used for short lunchtime runs) I bought a pair of 766's when they came out. Got a blister and a sore right achiles/heel with them, found them slippery on wet pavements and I seemed to run more "flat footed" in them. Saw 1050's on offer at Bath Half marathon and bought a pair for £40 from memory. No blisters (better fit with "N-Lock"?) and no pain in the heel and better grip in the wet so I will be looking to get another pair, although I hear that there is anew version out later this year.
