Strengths: At the start of the book, you're thinking that doing the Bob Graham round is crazy and impossible. By the end of it, you're working out what training program you'd need .....
Weaknesses: Unless you are familiar with the Lake District, many bits of the book may blur into each other.
Overall: I loved this book. I'm a keen lakeland walker, but didn't realise that fell running existed. It opened up a whole new world.
